The Toothsome Belavo
Warning! This belavo is extra hot. Eventually the avocado helps to soothe the flaming hot sensation. So please give it a try eyh.
- 1/2 Avocado
- 8 thin chillies (lada burung)
- 1cm cube of dried shrimp paste (belacan)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 5 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Blend everything together!
Best eaten with baked mackerel or sea bass.
