The Toothsome Belavo

Warning! This belavo is extra hot. Eventually the avocado helps to soothe the flaming hot sensation. So please give it a try eyh.


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 8 thin chillies (lada burung)
  • 1cm cube of dried shrimp paste (belacan)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 5 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • water

    Method:
    1. Blend everything together!
    Hahaha! Simply luscious eyh! ;-)
    Best eaten with baked mackerel or sea bass.
