Fried Pasta + Tuna
The Toothsome Fried Pasta + Tuna
- Korean Hot Pepper Stir Fry Paste
- 3 medium bowls of cooked Fusilli Pasta
- 6 tablespoon of tuna flakes
- some green vege.
- 1 egg
- olive oil
- Fry the Korean Hot Pepper Stir Fry paste in a deep pan.
- Add in tuna. Fry for 1 minute.
- Add in egg.
- When the egg has fully solidified, add in Fusilli Pasta and green vege.
- Let it fried for another 2 minutes.
Best served with cherry tomatoes.
Bought this paste at the International Halal shop in Portswood.
Went shopping with dear husband and came across this Korean Paste. Thought of giving it a try. I find it mild therefore you could add in some fresh thin chillies with it.
