The Toothsome Roti Canai / Light Nan

Haha. This is definitely recipe main-main =) I tried to make my own roti canai but it turned out to be a light nan instead. The taste, hard to tell but nice. hahaha. But hey, it's fresh!

Ingredients :
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • An egg
Method :
  1. Sift the flour.
  2. Mix everything together.
  3. Lepe-lepe the dough.
  4. Then fry in a non stick-pan with just a little bit of olive oil.
The best part is, you can even eat it on its own!
