The Toothsome Roti Canai / Light Nan
Haha. This is definitely recipe main-main =) I tried to make my own roti canai but it turned out to be a light nan instead. The taste, hard to tell but nice. hahaha. But hey, it's fresh!
- Olive oil
- An egg
- Sift the flour.
- Mix everything together.
- Lepe-lepe the dough.
- Then fry in a non stick-pan with just a little bit of olive oil.
The best part is, you can even eat it on its own!
