The Toothsome Ladna Fried Noodle

  • Egg noodle
  • Mushrooms
  • Carrots
  • Sawi
  • Squids (ring)
  • 1/2 cube of chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoon of cornflour
  • Egg
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • Water
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  1. Fry the egg noodle and soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a hot pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Fry finely chopped garlic in 3 tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Add in sliced carrots, mushrooms and squids.
  5. Fry for 3 minutes and add in water.
  6. Once boiling, add in chicken stock.
  7. Mix cornflour with water in a bowl. Add in this mixture.
  8. Gently stir the gravy then add in an egg.
  9. Stir gently and pour this gravy on the noodle.
Best eaten with chopped thin chillies.
