What are Probiotics?
Probiotics are foods containing beneficial living microorganisms which we consume to benefit our health by improving the balance of our intestinal flora.   • Cuma I drink this everyday (cuma tolak hari yang I'm away from home etc.) to avoid constipation.

  • Some people ambil laxative (julap if I'm not mistaken in Malay)
  • But laxative only makes you feel (sensation) like having a bowel movement but it doesn't soften the stool.
  • If you have a hard stool blocking, laxative won't help.
