Kaki Makan

Assalamualaikum all! ;-)


  • Two of the things in life that I really love to do are Jalan-Jalan and Makan-Makan.
  • When we (Syahmi and I) travel to other states or countries, we love to try the local delicacies. 
  • But kalau speciality dia roast pork, alamatnya makan jagung je la kami =p

Gooey Ambooyat! (Sabah)
Lepat Pisang (Phnom Penh, Cambodia)
Lupa dah nama dipping paste ni. I think made out of Hazel Nuts. (Fa.., Egypt. Teruk I ni, nama tempat pun lupa.)

Egyptians goreng ikan memang hitam but tak hangit. Dia punya spices tu canggitu. 
Paella and fried baby squids. Sedaaaapppp. (Central Malaga).

Ini saja yang mampu di gendong ke atas Bukit Thursina bersama beberapa keping biscuits dan sweets. Takdonyo nasi lomak, karipap segalo =p

There was once, a muslim friend of mine ordered black pudding for breakfast at Southampton Uni. cafeteria.(not knowing what it was before ordering) 

Fortunately his English friend sat together with him at a table and only then he had the intention to ask what exactly is black pudding.

  • I bet some of you do not know what Black Pudding is. Therefore:

Black pudding is a blend of onions, pork fat, oatmeal, flavourings - and blood (usually from a pig). As long as animals have been slaughtered to provide food, blood sausages like black pudding have been in existence.
